We are NIRALA INSTITUTE & COMPUTER EDUCATION(NICE), A unit of Institute of Computer Education Studies Center It is an , registered under DAC a company for international standardization in standardization in DUBAI.. We are authorized testing centre for conducting Microsoft office, Adobe tools, Tally, Tally ERP, MTA certification exams. We are offering following courses on short term basis of minimum 3 months to 1 year duration. The courses are DCA, DFA, ADCA, ADFA, Tally-ERP, and DTP. We are in education business for the last five years .Now we are diversified toward Franchisee Services.NICE ensures that Quality of our services, fully meets the requirements of Centre including timely completion. Norms and Regulations »
» The franchisee is given to Learning Centre with the name of “NIRALA INSTITUTE & COMPUTER EDUCATION”, A unit of Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd.
» The name of Learning Centre will be NIRALA INSTITUTE & COMPUTER EDUCATION, and will be placed on a flex board in front of my Centre.
» The Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd. will not be legally liable for any false commitment done by Learning Centre to the student.
» The Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd. will be liable for Issuing of ID Cards, Bags, Study Materials and Online Examinations.
» Learning Centre will be submitting one copy of the stamp with authorized signature of the authorized person to the ICMS Pvt. Ltd. The stamp and signature will be used on any receipt and documents given to the student.
» Before publishing of any advertisement, Learning Centre will first of all have a NOC from Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd. Any liability of Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd. is not applicable to any false advertisement given by Learning Centre.
» Learning Centre will maintain all the details of centre, accounts, students etc on the web portal of Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd.
» No ID Card,Study Material, Exam, Certificate will be issued to the student if his royalty is due. The royalty will be Rs.350 per kit issued to the study centre.
» No duplicacy of materials or selling of books to the students can be done, if found Learning Centre will be liable for the legal action.
» A time of five days will be allowed by Learning Centre for issue of ID Cards, Bags, to Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd. after the clearance of student royalty.
» Minimum of 5 PCs will be used in the lab of optimal configuration for each course module. A separate class room, counseling room should be used. There should be prompt power backup, drinking water facilities.
» The Learning centre should have an area of 300 to 500 sq ft. It should be well maintained and well decorated.
» The faculty should give online exam before coordinating the respective course. A separate certificate for faculty will be issued by Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd.
» The Institute of Computer and Management Studies Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to make a call to any student about feedback and perform any routine check in the learning centre.

» The franchisee fee will be Rs. 15,000/. The name of the Learning Centre with details will be published on website only after the clearance of franchisee fees. The renewal of the franchisee will be done every three years. The renewal fees will be Rs. 5000.
